What does "All Mountain Snowskate" mean?"Our snowskates are the first ever All Mountain Snowskate, meaning, within all the possible set up (Three different sized ski's and Two different size trucks) you can go anywhere on the mountain and be in full control. Tree runs thru powder, big airs, or your favorite park course, anywhere you want to go we have a set up for you.

What does a complete snowskate come with?All of our snowskates come set up and ready to ride. Ski, Trucks, Top Deck, Track top (grip), a leash and if your lucky enough some stickers in the box.

Are the snow skate components interchangeable?Our components are custom made to fit together like a glove. They are typically not interchangeable as the standard hole pattern will most likely not match up with any other brand of ski or skateboard deck.

Whats the difference in truck size?Picking your truck size depends on what your planning on riding and what size ski your going to get. The "high roller" was designed to give the Black Sheep 169cm ski optimal ride hight, increasing control and speed. These trucks were also designed for those of us who love riding fresh powder, the tallers trucks allow for more lift keeping you afloat. The Low Pro's,on the other hand, were designed for the smaller ski's and gives 152 and the 138 the same control but with more pop allowing for more of a "street skating" kind of rider ready to hit the park at the resort.

How long does shipping take?We use Priority Mail through USPS. (Unless requested otherwise) Shipping can take anywhere from 5-7 business days after your order has been received and processed. We will confirm once your order has been received and send a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

What is your refund/exchange policy?Unfortunately, for the intergrity of our company, services, and time constraints all items are NON-REFUNDABLE. Items may be exchanged upon review but is totally up to the discretion of the merchant. (Exchanges are not guaranteed). Please carefully review your order before submitting it. Do T-shirts run big or small?All T-shirts run true to size, if you are unsure about your size we suggest ordering one size larger than your normal size.

Can I iron the T-shirt?You can iron the T-shirts as long as you do not iron the printed logo. Ironing the print logo can cause design deformation and can ruin the product. Please read neck label for instructions.
Shipping Policy
Because our snowskates are fairly large when complete, we will ship to you ready to setup. Everything you need will be included with the exception of a screwdriver.
Rates are based on your location.
We charge flat rate shipping of atleast $150 outside of the US, Hawaii and Alaska.
Overseas Shipping
We love shipping overseas! We can not charge a flat rate as this considerably depends on where we are shipping. If you are placing an online order for shipping overseas, please check the box for overseas shipping quote and continue your purchase. We will be in touch in 24 hours to confirm and collect payment for shipping. If you find that the cost is prohibitive and you choose not to complete the purchase, we will refund your deposit within 48 hours.
Return & Exchange Policy
We do not take returns at this time. We will exchange if needed due to for manufacturers defects. Please email us immediately and we will notify you of the next steps to take to complete your exchange.
